Training will start at 5pm every day from Saturday until Thursdays and will last for 60minutes in a group of 2-3 players. Players must separately commit to a half an hour of warm up before every training. This warm up will cover: 10 minutes jogging in or off court, 10 minutes stretching and 10 minutes on court single drives.
