Amman Club Squash Open – Second Day

SquashWithMe in Jordan presents Amman Club National ClosedNo real surprises on todays quarter and semi final day at the first Amman Club Squash open at the courts of the Jordan Squash Federation in Amman Sport City.

But if we look at the seeded players, number 3 (Mohammad Abu Hammad) lost against Mohammad Alsaraj 3/2 after leading 2/0 and having 4 match points in the third at 10:6 and number 4 (Wael Tabbalat) was beaten by his 15 years younger opponent Saad Hijazi 3/1

The first semi final saw the two Alsaraj brothers competing against each other in a rather less surprising match between the younger (13) and older (17) Squash Goliaths having Ahmad winning 3/1.

The second semi final game between Ahmad Alzbaidi (2) and Saad Hijazi will take place tomorrow morning.

3/4 places will be played tomorrow Saturday 9th June 2012 in the evening starting from 5pm followed by the final game at about 6pm at the Glass Court of the Jordan Squash Federation in Amman Sport City.
