Yesterdays training with my SquashWith.Me Squash Group at the Jordan Squash Federation was full of improvement. All showed good progress in their game and court movements. Specially the youngsters among them (Omar, Abdulrahman & Rahaf) are fast in their forward development, because of their age (6, 8, 8). The Girls under 17 (Alaa & Ola) are slowly but surly equaling & balancing their game. Ola is picking up fast and Alaa is controlling her wrist movements much better than before.
But to be on top of the ladder everybody needs extra time to train alone (drives), do some fitness and footwork on and off court and compete with others on a daily basis. If this is not consistently supported, no relavant improvements can be recorded as member of the national team. So I would suggest to train 2-3h daily if any of the players aim to target higher results than now.
