Todays Training

The Sarrajs brothers arrived half an hour earlier and absorbed their 30 minute warm up. Abdulrahman could move properly today because of some light pain in his under feet. We trained some revolving exercises including some footwork at the end.

The Hasanat sisters and omer arrived punctual as usual and enjoyed a good laugh and a played some games at the end with less tears from Rahaf.

We developed a good circulation in our training with Alaa and Ola. In addition to our drives and exercises  we trained some footwork and they were pretty  collected.
